UFSFC's program is particularly beneficial to children whose parents are unable to afford schooling fee, marginalized children, most disadvantaged children (victims of war, motherless, fatherless, disasters, extreme poverty, street children…)

The mission of UFSFC is to promote free primary and secondary school to children as a fundamental human right, improve the quality of education and stimulate experimentation and innovation in the education system.
